I'm currently using Mixpanel, it's been great so far but looking for other options (apart from the usual GA4, Matomo, etc.)

Microsoft Clarity and GA4 for now. We are probably going to replace GA4 with a self-hosted solution such as Plausible.

Pendo: Pendo is particularly useful for software companies. It offers a blend of product analytics, user feedback, and in-app messaging tools. This platform is excellent for understanding user journeys and improving user experience.
