Hi John, for weight loss, focus on a balanced diet rich in whole foods and maintain a consistent exercise routine. Stay hydrated and get enough sleep to support your overall health and weight loss goals.
Fasting while making sure I stay hydrated always works for me. I also recommend 30-60mins walk a day, or you can go for a walk after each meal. Basically you need to achieve calory deficit, burning more calories than what you consume.🙂
Losing weight is mainly mathematic, spend more calories than you eat. You do not need to eat less but better, reduce as much as possible fat and mainly saturated fat.
Reduce the amount of calories you eat every day, but it does not mean eating less (ex: you eat a salad and but 20g of oil in it, you just added 200 calories to your meal), be careful with what you add in your meals.
If you can, walk as much as possible, in some places it is harder like America where you need car for almost everything.
Last advices would be to drink a lot of water (only water if you can), it helps spending more calories as well as sleeping well.
Best of luck with it, you are 100% capable of achieving it
I have also heard about Semaglutide, but i am not sure how it works exactly. I also want to Check out semaquick and find out more things to consider when deciding what to do with Semaglutide and how to use it, but overall i think that it is interesting choice for those who woukd like to loose weight
