Website design question

Hi I'm recently looking to build a website for my small business, I'm hoping to launch a cosmetics product. A cosmetics brand website really needs to have style and presentability. I had a really good experience putting up a contest online for my product packaging.. the people that responded were top level designers, geniuses. And it was only a basic package.. My question is that can I do the same for a website? Is there any recommendations for a contest to build websites? I wanted to go with Shopify, I could potentially purchase a template myself and hire designers to give me assets only (cheaper option) to load it up with beautiful pictures.
