I've already asked people for advice when it was 14 days until launch here of PH. And here's what we've done based on those PH community recommendations: - utilize non-scalable, but engaging mechanics; - write a FAQ or cheat-sheet to answer questions in comments quickly; - warm up your audience from email lists and social media; - prepare and test promo code offer for PH; - add and test all the software updates of our web platform beforehand (part of the feedback was also from PH). This were all solid advices that we otherwise would have forgotten. So, I'm asking for the best todos in the last 24 hours. Thanks to all in advance, have a great Monday!
