Our product does a ton of helpful stuff which makes it tricky to explain simply! A common issue for broad tools.
After lots of tests, we learned to explain value through basic real-life stories - not fancy features. Since it's focused on easy client teamwork, we use a restaurant analogy. Shows internal team "kitchen" versus external "dining portal" areas.
Way easier for people to understand now!
