Tried & tested way to do private beta with Zero budget?

hey guys, I'm co-founder & CEO of instaminutes.com. Currently, we are doing private beta for our product. But I feel still we are lacking neccessary skills, knowledge, and resources on how to do it in better ways? Can anyone share any tried and tested way to do it (with zero budget if possible)?
