There are tons of tools online but some reputed tools are SEMRUSH, AHREF .... You can go with any one if want to track quality and spammy both types of backlinks.
You can choose free subscription with SEMRUSH .... with free subscription this tools will not show you all backlinks but you can check toxic backlinks (If any) and then can work accordingly.
