Thing you missed for a smooth PH launch

PH launch mess up happens. Like not checking if a (duplicate) product by the same name/link already exists. It did in the case of our @TollGuru_Toll_Intelligence PH launch recently. And got us in a fix in the hour of launch. What happened in your case and how you resolved it?
