Telegram or Slack in business?
I use Telegram as a main communication tool in 2 of the companies I am working for. We tried to move to Slack but it lacks a lot of things Telegram has. How about your experience?

With all Slack features to manage corporate relationships, we use Telegram. And the reason for that is that most of our team consists of freelancers, part-timers, contractors and outsourcing agencies which are not in-house team and should not know about each others existence :)
We have worked with many applications and messengers and this is very convenient, especially for customer support. But a few months ago there was a failure in our system and we lost some of the data. Therefore, we turned to software developers for startups for help. It is very important for us that our data is safe. I am glad that we received help in the IT field and now our system works without failures.
