I'd first get to know you even before pitching my product. This way I can tailor my pitch accordingly. It also lets me evaluate my guesses about you. Mostly, my medium of communication would be chat and then email. I'll make sure these conversations are clear, concise, and friendly in all aspects. This should help me get a head start.
