Software for Mind Mapping / SOPs?

Do any PMs here use mind mapping software to store processes and procedures? JIRA/Confluence is too bulky (and generally terrible), and Google Drive feels disorganized, unlinked, and insecure.

Our team has used Miro for this. Primarily for the graphical representation of our thoughts, etc.
