One of my client looking for a software which can manage EV station like billing, vehicle compatibilities, ev station location finding. Is there any software for that? Or what If I build custom software for my station.

Great idea! I think it's a unique and promising concept. I haven't come across any existing software that covers all those features comprehensively. Developing custom software for your EV station could give you the flexibility to tailor it exactly to your needs.
