Should I launch in December or wait for a better time?

My product is ready, but I’m debating whether December is ideal for a Product Hunt launch. With the holiday season in full swing, will engagement be lower, or should I go ahead anyway? or wait for new year/January?

If you have spent at least 2 months on PH, I think now is the time to launch it. But I’ll definitely tell you one thing: PH is not the end. There are plenty of other channels to promote your products, and PH is just one of them.

Just launch whenever you want, and then launch it again if needed :)

Honestly, just launch it whenever you feel ready! Better to get something out there and then iterate and relaunch later if needed based on feedback. Launching is an ongoing process, not a one-time event. Don't overthink the timing too much - the most important thing is actually shipping your product and getting it into people's hands. Good luck!
