Should I build a product that already exists?
If a similar product already exists in the market, is it advisable to build a new one with some improvements or different features, or is it likely to be a waste of time? How do you assess whether to enter a market with established products?

IMHO, there are pro and cons for the decision.
pro : no need to validation since market already exist, what we need to do is build solution that better than existing
const : when market exist, more competitor will come. more competition, and sometimes already established product
