@richard_gao2 +1 here! While using 100s of different tools, if I imagine that they will be broken, the Gcalendar collapse will be a real catastrophe for business!

Try Loom! I am recording myself recently, and going through what I need to do during the day. It helps to put myself in a situation where I need to be active. Then I can easily share with the team if necessary. They get my word of the subject + the visual = perfection ;D
Honestly the more basic you go the better, at some point things like Notion, etc. are also a distraction by how vast they are.
Choose your poison of Apple vs Google but -- Calendar, Mail, Notes is all I need.
