Share the structure of your startup pitch deck!
Happy to share mine to kick off the discussion! But first, a few important note for pitching:
- Focus more on the problem; less on the solution
- Identify the "killer" slide and spend more time on that part. It can be your traction, your technology, or your time.
- Presentations have time limitation but don't try to squeeze everything in. Leave some room for your pitch. Pause when you need to.
My presentation flow, assuming a 5-minute pitch:
1. Cover page + One-liner
2. Team
3. Problem
4. Solution
5. How it works x3 (Only going through very briefly)
6. Traction
7. Market size
8. Market landscape
9. Monetization plan
10. Roadmap
11. Call to action (What you're asking for)
What do you guys think? Let's discuss!
