We have different offerings/use cases we're exploring and some are only sales-led. Mainly for three reasons:
- target customers are large enterprises
- some configuration and implementation process is required for them to get started anyway
- we still need to learn more on what the exact product should do and how it should be integrated with existing systems
We at first weren't providing any demo to our users but then eventually switched to providing demos because of the competition. I think it's never beneficial for sales to have a policy of "no free demo". Potential users should be able to see the product before trusting to it and paying for it
@deniz_savkay but are they able to try out the product without a demo? or is the demo required?
