Remote team or Onsite office team?
My team all work remotely for all my businesses and it has been an amazing ride. Plus I get to know people from different parts of the world which I really love doing. So I would have to go Remote Team.

We have been working remotely for the past 11 years. But we still do have frequent meetups and virtual meetings to ensure that we don't feel disconnected. Some of the tools like Slack, neetoCal, and neetoRecord - which we have just made public now have helped us - (https://www.producthunt.com/post...)
I believe in the importance of face-to-face communication, especially in business. However, considering that half of my team is located in various corners of the world, I am in favor of adopting a hybrid office model
Remote, but also hybrid! To give someone enough flexibility and a better work life balance, so for me it doesn't matter if you're in the office or not.
Remote by default, but with an office people go to. This way people can choose what they want.
