Both processes and teams are crucial, but ultimately, teams matter most. While processes are essential for efficiency and consistency, it's the people in a team who drive innovation, adapt to change, and make decisions. A skilled and cohesive team can navigate challenges and improve processes, ensuring success and growth in any endeavor.
I believe both are important, and one often informs the other. Building out your process makes it easy to introduce and integrate a team. Building out a team will naturally build out a process along with it.
I think neither is more important individually, but they matter the most when they're working together.
