Here are 3 things I didn't do (wish us luck!):
1. Cold email everyone on the web - traffic ≠ $$$
2. Hunting the 'right' Hunter - we tried at first but decided not.
3. No intro video or fancy graphics obsession - keeping it cool & simple 😊
Final checklist:
1. Testing our product landing page - ensuring it's smooth.
2. Adding on-page tracking - See if people ACTUALLY get our resource.
3. PH page copy + graphics - crisp, clear communication is everything!
4. Built a waitlist - ours is for a very specific audience (B2B marketers & founders), so we built a 100+ pre-vetted list.
5. Mental rep! - Launching may overwhelm the team, be grateful!
