Options to embed a video that won't default to ads?

Had this question come up in work, off the top of my head I'm thinking vimeo but wondering if there are other options. Before this we've used YT links because the ads didn't matter but now looking for options around that. Any ideas or experience with this? So far the team is recommending Vimeo Pro, or Wistia. Thanks
