I believe it depends on the industry and on the person.
I prefer working from home because I'm more focused on daily tasks and don't have to commute (huge time saving!)
I have been working remotely for over 10 years. It's really on how you manage things both in your personal life and business. But still few days meeting with team is a great value - therefore hybrid model could work as well.
@nikolanoxious I'm working from home for about 8 years. Also a long period for me. I must say, I like it. I'm currently working with https://www.topwritersreview.com/reviews/gurudissertation guys. It's true that much depends on a team and team building grounds. When we regularly have meetings, the work is well organized and we work more productively.
It depends on the people, but I think doing a hybrid between working from home and working in the office is beneficial.
We have less pressure at home and can organize more easily if for example, a plumber has to come to us (and we know that there are very few appointments possible on weekends). It’s as well to come back to the office to see people and not be alone all the time. It’s always better to exchange live than remotely.
