I get to choose when I work... So here I am, it's 6.18 AM and I started work more than 30 minutes ago. We work a lot more because we don't want to work at other people's terms

I would say : working for yourself, where and whenever you want. But you'll probably work way more than expected. But : "Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life."
