I've talked to a bunch of people lately who are starting new community roles. One of the most common anxieties they have is *not delivering value quickly enough* in their new roles. Let's talk about that a bit?

there is a new trend to focus only on what you do well and not worry about giving the most value to users, so you only stay with users who really need you and do not burden users who are about to leave you alone for one more feature.
