teams or zoom? depends on what you're really asking for.
zoom's like that extroverted friend. great for social calls and quick meets.
teams? it's the office wiz. integrations galore. lives well with other microsoft family.
for startups, quick scaling? zoom might be your thing. easy in, easy out.
in an enterprise setting, teams often wins. it's like the swiss army knife for collaboration.
each has flaws. zoom's security hiccups are infamous. teams can get complex.
it's not just about video calls. it's about what you're building around them.
choice also affects team culture. one promotes inclusivity, the other formal settings.
think of it as choosing a neighborhood, not just a house.
both have their charm and quirks. choose based on your lifestyle.
@shajedulkarim_ Thanks for the thoughtful comparison between Zoom and Microsoft Teams. It really depends on what we're aiming to achieve. If we're looking for a platform that excels in social calls and quick meetings, Zoom seems like a great choice. It's the extroverted friend you mentioned. On the other hand, if we're more focused on seamless integration with other Microsoft tools and need a versatile solution for an enterprise setting, Microsoft Teams appears to be the way to go.
Both options have their strengths and weaknesses I think. Choose based on your lifestyle :)
Zoom > Google Meet > Any video conferencing tool >>> Teams
But if you work in the “Corporate world”,
then Teams it is.
because you have no other choice, since access to any other tool is likely blocked by your IT department 😁
I actually use google meet because its native in the calendar and I haven't bothered to get up and running with Zoom. It all kinda feels the same to me as a consumer.
