Looking for an awesome frontend dev to partner with ...any suggestions on who or where ?

I suck at frontend 😅 and I have many ideas that get stalled due to my inability to make great UI. I have decent knowledge on UX and can design as well. My main strength is backend/cloud. Would love to get suggestions on who/where to look for a potential partner. Cheers!
