Listen to your customers is not an option!

7
It's incredibly important to listen to your customers. Not just because it can help you create better experiences for them, but also because it can offer insight into ways your product can improve. Listening to feedback and responding to it appropriately can make all the difference between success and failure – and the repercussions can be far-reaching. Ignoring customer feedback can lead to an inability to build brand loyalty, low customer retention, and even negative press. Make sure you're paying attention to your customers and taking their feedback seriously – it could be the difference between a slow and steady rise or a swift and unexpected downfall!

100% agree. Our v2 launch was completely based on out customer feedback.
@gauravparvadiya that’s awesome! Glad you listened. How did it turn out?

100% agree with this! We regular check-in with our customers and there are so many things we learn from them that we would never have thought about or thought was important to them!
I do a lot of CUSDEV (customer development) before starting to develop a new product. It greatly helps in transforming the vision of the product. I even record some insights from customer development in my Twitter account https://twitter.com/ShashaLife.
Absolutely agree. After I launch I literally want to get my customers on a call and interview as many as possible
