they are excellent for social media, for sure. email subject lines if used smartly and sparingly, yes. webpages maybe no - but then all of this context dependent. emojis for the sake of adding color don't work. But with the right context they are great attention grabbers
@sophiasolanki completely agree! Iโve used them here and there in FAQ answers. And sometimes in notification banners (like I add ๐ in my Black Friday countdown timer) but thatโs about it
If there is like 1-2 emojis on site i think its ok. If there is many of them i think its disturbing and it doesnt look professional. But ofcourse it depend on project and approach.
