Launch a product in the Brazilian market
Hello community, I have the idea of launching a product for the Brazilian and international community later. My son has multiple food allergies and after studying a lot about what he can eat and what he cannot, I learned a lot and today he is improving, but we need to buy supplements, however, they are high. I decided to gather the knowledge learned and create a product to raise the money needed and help other parents, but I don't know where to start. I need help!

First, you'll need an MVP some sort of proof of work.
The process of launching a new product is the same in Brazil or any other part of the world.
@henriquechappuis Right, I started an Instagram 1 month ago posting Reels, I already have 366 followers. I'm thinking of creating an E-book with recipes or a community with recipes, scientific studies and tips. This is the big question, which would be more scalable?

@henriquechappuis My niche is for people who have food allergies to cow's milk, egg and gluten. My little son is allergic and with that we started studying the subject and managed to give him a great quality of life, now I want to share that it is possible to eat healthy and tasty. I am now 495 organic followers.
