I'm building cxful - An engagement-first Figma UIUX suite & design system for complete & functional website.
In my research, including all the design systems of the world, I've commonly noticed this ONE thing -
The website is considered only as a set of few "marketing pages".
Meaning, some sections stacked together to make it look like a landing page.
And the companies that feel it to be true, they devalue their websites and keep believing that their website is not working for their business. It's there for name sake.
Well, a website is wayyyy more than a set of marketing pages and a blog.
When done right, your design system for website should be built to consider the engagement and customer experience on the website, and to align the funnels and flows all across the website and even beyond on other channels.
Your design system for website must have the capability to design website pages, content studio and commerce if needed.
