Use FollowerAudit, this tool can track any public Twitter account. You just have to put the username of that account and track followers.
FollowerAudit will provide with stats like - followers growth stats, unfollowers stats, detailed followers analytics and how many of their followers are inactive and fake.

If you want to track your own account the twitter standard analytics is quite good, you just need to activate it: https://analytics.twitter.com/
If you want to track the follower of other account you can use phantombuster: Phantombuster. If you have some specific user case in mind I can help you design a dashboard.
