It's ok, you have to eat something. ;) I've never launched on weekends, but I think that might be the way to get to the #1 product which means you'll be placed in the newsletter and you'd get traffic from there. So, less traffic from the site, more traffic from the newsletter.
As I know if you want to launch on weekends then you are aiming to be #1 of the day but not reaching so many people since the competition will be lower.

It is okay, it is easier to get a badge but you will definitely have less exposure

Great topic! Personally, I think it's totally okay to launch on weekends. In fact, sometimes it can even be beneficial as people may have more free time to check out new products. As for advice on launching your product soon, I would suggest doing thorough market research and making sure you have a solid marketing plan in place. Best of luck to you!

Products of which target audience is specific group of people can launch on weekends to compete for one of the top PH badges. In this case, they have a chance to be noticed. We will launch this Saturday :)

yes you can launch on weekends! In fact, launching on weekends can be a great strategy. There's often less competition and more potential users available to try out your product. So it's a good idea.

I saw that on the weekends the competition is quite low so you can get badges easily but at the same time, the exposure is also quite less. So it is your choice

I don't recommend it. It's a tradeoff between engagement or numbers and easy ranking for PotD.
