Is it better for a startup to hire employees or to use a subscription service?
Hello everyone! I have a clear and straightforward question. Especially for startups at the pre-seed and seed stages, what do you think is the ideal approach? Should we focus on hiring to build a team, or is it better to utilize subscription-based studios for development and design support? I'm curious to hear your thoughts!

Nice Idea! What are the benefits of a subscription model compared to simply hiring a person?

@k_khonakdar Based on my experience, hiring a person is far more expensive than the subscription model. Also, in the subscription model, studio manages the team on your behalf - which is a really hard task for founders. So, you can focus on the business and marketing side. I'm still not sure, but the subscription model seems more beneficial for me.
