Is cross posting a good idea ?

I've been thinking about this, creating different social media content for different platforms can be time-consuming, do you guys think cross-posting the content is a good idea instead? I feel like it creates some sort of redundancy in your accounts, what do you guys think?

If you want to serve different segments of the same target audience within different channels, I would suggest preparing different or modified type of content. SEO wise it's also good, especially if you decide to promote your blog posts or other website content using the same wording on social medias. Original content works best.
