Everything is a skill, but you can also have natural talent for it - which just means you're getting better ROI on time spent practicing than the average person.
It goes back to the nature vs nurture argument. We all possess a certain degree of natural creative talent which we are born with, but thats not a verdict. We can always get better. Sure maybe someone who is born with less natural talent would need to work harder to become creative but it’s def doable

Natural talent can develop significant creative capabilities through dedicated practice and learning which forms skill over time.
