Oooh, interesting question! For evoke-app.com, I would probably have started earlier, since the AI market moves really fast. Probably also better web design. For now, we don't have large capital + team, so there is really nothing I would be able to do product wise that would destroy Evoke too much haha

Very good, and thought-provoking, questions to solve some internal problems. Audience messaging is always important, right now I plan on switching up my messaging to target a subsection of my niche and I think that will (hopefully) dominant the current product. What about you Natia?

As a founder, you always know where your company is going wrong. Your company may not have done some of the things you thought were essential. You can steal some ideas from your own company that you thought were must-haves (but never achieved). Use those ideas to beat them.
