I'm looking for an AI meeting assistant. Any recs?

At ReSkript, we have a series of interviews with founders called Deep Dive. We conduct the interviews via zoom and currently, we go over the transcription manually and summarize the founders' responses ourselves. We've been trying some meeting assistants, but none of them were any more helpful than the transcription. Do you know or have you used any AI tools for meetings? What do they promise?
