I can't find a neat video embed tool that allows you to customize the embed's UI. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for a tool that allows you to fully customize video embeds so it feels native to my site (i.e. Not YouTube or Vimeo). Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone use any cool software that solves this?
