Getting out to work around others at a coworking space or coffeeshop. I post in local Meetup groups ahead of time so other WFH-ers can meet me there. Always good vibes
Hello. I had problems with this too. Someone once advised me to keep a daily task and goal list. I regularly enter information into it, analyze and adjust my plans (httрs://thegооdocs.com/frееbies/dаily-plannеrs/). So when I can clearly see what to do when and how to do it, and at what point in the journey I am at the moment, it keeps me motivated.
