How would you approach customers on Twitter?

Twitter (X) really appeared to be an awesome social media platform for prospering. The issue is that people are really “cold” with cold DMs. Sometimes we stumble on someone that perfectly fit our personae that we don’t want anything else but get in touch! How would you start the conversation?
