We don't usually conduct formal user interviews, but we do get a good amount of organic user feedback since we have such a large user base. People often write in with suggestions or issues on their own. It's not as structured as user interviews but still provides valuable insights!

They have the option to give us feedback.
As we have a lot of users, they write from their own incentive.
I try to do them as much as possible. Even if it's just over text. Helps us out so much.
@inid_leksina is it usually hard to recruit users to 1-1 interview eg via zoom?
@rimash No, I think most users are open to it. But they probably wouldn't be if you asked for it too often.
Interview maybe once or twice = 1 month free usage.
Surveys / questions via Slack or Discord from then on.
