How much time do you spend searching for info & help for your job related tasks 🤔

I am a manager at my company, we all work remote and I tend to spend more that 2 hours a day, searching and finding information about my work related tasks. Do you guys relate and do you think it's a common practice to ask people outside your internal team for help?

If it's confidential work, I ask for help only from the internal team. However, if it is research-related, I contact trusted online communities.

@akm626 sure i can relate to that, but I kind of feel there have to be a better and faster way to find information inside your org. I mean forums are clunky you hope that someone has had your problem before so you don't have to wait hours for a response, kinda sucks

I'm not sure if it's a common practice or not, but I do that too regularly especially if there's no one to ask to.
