Each day, usually, but not for a long time. Do basic physical training. Recently renewed to run about 1–2 km 2–3 times a week, and will continue to increase this number.

@al_arthen_factory Sounds like a great plan! I go to the gym about 2-3 times a week but started to integrate cardio in my plan as well. It's great how you feel afterwards!
@julia_engelsmann true, sport activity release many substances in the body that make us feel very good. Cardio training is especially good for that, as it involves the whole of your body, usually! I also very love yoga practices, they make me feel good, especially after work.
Depends on the Schedule actually. if free time strikes, especially Sundays and Saturdays, It's the time for sports. Got to keep our body healthy and fit.
