How many of these generative AI wrappers become profitable?

There are so many launches these days that are simply wrapping generative AI API and making things easy or possible for potential users who are clueless about AI on their own. There is nothing wrong with wrapping AI API for a product or service, it seems like there are way too many launches that are focused on the AI power that turns user input into magic. I am wondering how many of them are actually profitable? Any comments?
