8-12 hours a day... weekends I'm not "working" but I'm "thinking" about the startup :P

Recently extended the time window as we are approaching the launch of our product. It now ranges between 12-14 hours per day
Great accountability question. Now I feel guilty because this was consumed by my full time work and I need to grind this weekend. How about you?
@slimmy82 Oh, it's the same for me. Sometimes it takes more than 12 hours a day, but I am trying to find a good work-life balance.
@julia_demyanchuk so are you doing your project full time or you have full time work and working part time on it? Definitely need to have work life balance.
It really depends on the day and the stage of my startup. Some days I can spend up to 12 hours working on my project, especially when I'm in the early stages and trying to get everything set up. Other days, when things are running smoothly, I may only spend a few hours. But overall, I would say I dedicate a significant amount of time to my startup. By the way, I will be launching my product soon, and I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you so much!
It really depends on the day and the tasks at hand. Some days I may spend 8-10 hours working on my startup, while other days it may be closer to 4-6 hours. @cen_xu and good luck with the launch! As for me, I try to find the balance right now too, because somedays my work takes more than 13-14 hours...
Well @julia_demyanchuk , it goes like this:
The days when its easy - 8-10 hrs and I get anxious I have worked less today :(
Then there are days, when things are tough - easily 14-16 hrs. Puts a smile on your face at the end of the day when the problems are resolved and you sleep much better.
Not counting hrs but what you solve for matters the most when you run a startup.
