I typically have 5-6 open! https://wavebrowser.co/ lets me organize them using their tab group feature, which is nice!

more than 50 if am fixing a bug.

For work: up to 3 windows for separate tasks with up to 20 tabs in each window. Everyday use: one window that some times can top 250 tabs(usually around 100) + one temp window.
