I have been following my 2022 resolution consistently till date. I promised myself to focus on my health and start doing Yoga. Have been doing it since then.

Probably depends on the planning of that resolution, I believe you can achieve your objective but you need really good planning for that. If you just throw a resolution in the air, probably you are not gonna make it.
I prefer to say "Goals for the year" to distinguish it from "resolutions". I listen to this Tony Robbins video every year before I set my goals. I hope some other find it helpful.
TLDR: Find a compelling vision and strong reasons so that it pulls you toward the goal rather than needing to push yourself with will power. Review it and track it every day.
