I think one of the issues in improving GI health is the fact that we're not comfortable sharing the nitty-gritty details about our stomach with doctors or even our family. Maybe it's because of embarrassment or some other reason. We're more likely to talk about heart problems, but we shy away from "bathroom topics". That's probably why so many people have poor GI health. What do you think?
