How do you think AI writing apps will compete with GPT-4?

I still see many launches here with AI writing apps. Essentially, they're a GPT wrapper that just prompts the AI to produce some text. However, with the advent of GPT-4, how do you think those apps will compete? I think being in that market now is a losing battle. It's very difficult to add value when GPT-4 can do things much better without much additional prompting. What do you think?

I think they should not compete with GPT-4. They must improve their own tool regarding the expectations of their users and community as well as make some innovations that gpt-4 does not have. Yeah, it is not so easy but concentrating all attention on your product is more winning position than competing with titans.

If the product is basically just an interface with basic prompt to GPT, then yes, they don't add much value. There are a lot of ways to bring value compared to directly using GPT-4. For example: 1. Multi-language localisations - this is something that common users won't be able to achieve since it requires a lot of experimentation, research, and tuning. 2. Read the context and convert it into prompt. The battle of AI writing startups is not about LLM, it's about understanding the user's workflow, pain points, and how the solution solves their problem.

@anthony_susanto 100% about localization. Though I'd imagine you could solve a lot of that by just using Assembly AI to translate back and forth
