I believe well-being stems from a good work-life balance. Do you have any advice to support the well-being of employees?

Yes, as an excuse that women from our office sometimes overhead and our husbands might not be super happy about this, we can get a bottle of the vine for romantic evenings with our partners ;) Not the best advice, but the one which just came to my mind :)

@yaramatiash Thanks for your advice. Maybe, organizing happy friday events can be helpful to take some steam off. It can also make employees get familiar with each other, after all it is important to have a team where you can enjoy being in the company of your co-workers.
